Terms and conditions of Muslim Care Givers (MCG)

1. Legal status of Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa as Non-Profit organization-NPC , and chapter nine institution accredited by government of South Africa instate these terms and conditions as legally binding in accordance to the constitution of the Republic of South Africa.  
2. As an organization legally operating takes all possible precautions to avoid any damage, we do not accept any form of liability.   any services given is taken at own risk.
3. If a an individual or company or an organization, or community, or any kind if establishment hire a Muslim care giver, the agreement is signed between the caregiver hereinafter refer to as "worker" and  an individual or company or an organization, or community in need of a caregiver hereinafter known an "client"
4. Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa (Muscoosa) is working in partnership with Suuh Investments Pty Ltd Incorporated in South Africa as private company as an agency for skills development in Muslim Care Givers (MCG). therefore, only Suuh Investments Pty Ltd may sign on the agreement between the worker and the client as witness, and also sign separate agreement with the client for and on behalf of Muslim Supreme Council of South Africa( MUSCOOSA). 
5. All interested applicants are welcome to apply for a job as Muslim Carew Giver, both men and women , of different faiths but must accept and adhere to Muslim environment without fail.6. Women must NOT without fail use short clothing's that expose their skins of private body parts according to Islam.
7. Women must their heads , and must present themselves at work or in class for training in long dresses that covers all parts of their body parts except face , hand and feet.
8. No alcohol , and all kinds of intoxications allowed.
9. Working as partners can not be between a woman and a man. must only between women working with women and men working with men.
10. Do not take workers bellow 18 years and above 40 years.
11. married couples are allowed to apply as couples and can worker together as partners if they are legally married as husband and wife.
12. If the job opportunity requires traveling outside country, all travel expenses are pain by the client exclusive of Travel document.
13. Note allowed to hide any healthy status, including pregnancy.
14. as Management we do not tolerate any misconduct, may lead to immediate expulsion.
15. No racism is tolerated at any cost, may also lead to further consequences such as disqualification. . 
16.  Working may be hours, days, weeks or months without Contracts but not exceed a year. any work that exceed a year must be with a working contract with a minimum of two years.
